Returns
Are you not fully satisfied with your purchase? We're sorry to hear that. As Luna & Lore is a small, independent business, we kindly ask you to shop consciously. We take great care in selecting, describing, and photographing our products so you know exactly what you're ordering.
Do you still wish to return something? You can do so within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, provided your return meets the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- You must report your return by email within 14 days of receipt (see below).
- The product must be returned in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, clean, and with the original tag still attached to the garment.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or dirt, or from which the tag has been removed, will not be accepted as returns.
- Ensure the product is well-packaged for return.
- Returns must be sent with track & trace via PostNL.
The shipping costs and the risk of returning the product are your responsibility.
How to return an order:
- Send an email to lunaandlorenl@gmail.com with the following information: - Your order number - The product you wish to return - The reason for your return - The bank account number (IBAN) to which you want the amount refunded
- You will receive the return address by email.
- Carefully package the product, preferably in the original shipping box.
- Send the package via PostNL with Track & Trace to the provided address. Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
- After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 7 working days to the account number you provided, provided all conditions have been met.
